Villa Adriana Hotel in Tivoli provided a cozy and convenient stay. It is situated perfectly between Villa Deste and Villa Adriana, offering easy access to both. the hotel is small and clean, with a helpful and friendly staff. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the rooftop seating area, which provided lovely views of the town at night. the location is great, with a market and restaurant nearby, as well as a bus stop for easy transportation. the hotel was comfortable and the staff were accommodating. Cons: Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a supermarket and not in the old town of the city, which makes it less crowded and noisy. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the breakfast buffet offers a decent range of food choices.
The walls are quite thin, making it possible to hear noises from neighboring rooms.

We came very late and stay just one night. The night portier was very welcome. Our rooms were in good condition and rather spacious. Bath was also ok. Bed was king-size and lining good.
At night there were some guys with girls sit and laught in the hall. The breakfast could be more rich.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, as it was near breathtaking ruins, and we were able to easily explore the surrounding area. The staff here were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The service provided, from room service to housekeeping, was exceptional, making our stay even more comfortable. The hotel had a wonderful garden area where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and free parking were a great convenience.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

It's a very comfortable, quite stylish hotel, just far enough out of Tivoli to avoid the congestion and parking problems, but a five to ten minute drive from everything in the town you particularly came to see. It has first-rate desk staff, especially the young woman who seems to be there most of the time; cheerful, helpful, and proficient in English for people with very modest Italian like me. It's nicely designed to catch the sun, both in shared and private spaces. It represents excellent value.
Disliked nothing. But it was hard to find - partly because of its retiring signage, partly because there is some ambiguity about what it's called - is it just OC? Is Villa Adriana its zone, or - as it seems on the website - part of its name? It has no restaurant. But there's a handy deal (at 20$ discount) with a good restaurant just a 20 minute walk away. And though it seems a travesty when travelling in Italy, an Asian banquet place improbably called King Sushi Wok just a few minutes the other way offers one of the better all-you-can-eat deals in the world.

The room was very nice and clean and the bed was excellent. The bathroom was much nicer than most european hotels in this price range. One could tell it was a fairly hote, and the staff were pleasant. We chose it because of its proximity to Villa Adriana, Tivoli, and Villa d' Este. It was also very affordable. We stayed here with our two teen aged daughters and were very happy with the accomodations.

Nice reception, clean and beautifull room with good beds and good shower. Able to make room completely dark. Reception gave us a lot of great information about things to go see and eat in the neighbourhood.
Breakfast was good but not always refilled so you had to wait for bread sometimes.

A great location for seeing the sights in the area. Easy to find and lots of on site parking. Simone was knowledgeable and provided us with helpful information on the sights and where to park. The hotel recommends a local restaurant and it is worth the walk, good local food at a reasonable price. The pizza was super. It is a little tricky to locate, you need to walk from the main road down what appears to be a driveway, you can not really tell that it is a restaurant, just ahead toward the big building down the hill.
